Returns Policy
Due to the size and fledgling status of our company, at this time, we accept No Returns unless the product arrives to you damaged. Please document the damage and send us an email, with photos and a description of what happened (if you could determine what likely happened). Ship the item back to us (we don't provide return shipping, yet). Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the product to request a refund due to damage. Requests after 3 days will be considered on a case by case basis.The item must be returned by a calculated amount of time provided to you in your return authorization email.
Exchanges for any Reason
We encourage exchanges for different sizes, or color. We will consider exchanges of product on a case by case basis, as we see fair. If we determine that the exchange is valid and you need to return the item, we will provide return shipping for that exchange. Once we receive your item and determine it is in the same condition that you shipped it to you, we'll clean the item thoroughly, place it back in inventory, and ship out your exchanged item.We typically can ship items out within 3 business days of orders placed. We will send an email to you with the tracking number.
